Ulrike Luderer is a WS PEHSU regional consultant in reproductive Health. Dr, Luderer is a physician-scientist at UC Irvine whose research focuses on the mechanisms by which environmental and occupational exposures disrupt reproductive function and development of the reproductive system. Dr. Luderer is Professor of Medicine, Developmental and Cell Biology, and Public Health and is director of the UCI Graduate Program in Environmental Health Sciences. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and OEM, has a PhD in reproductive biology, and did postdoctoral training in  reproductive toxicology. She has served on international and national expert panels on evaluation of environmental risks to human reproduction. She is an attending physician in the UC Irvine Occupational and Environmental Medicine consulting clinic. Dr. Luderer provides consultation for the Region 9 PEHSU staff as well as Region 9 EPA and ATSDR, on the impacts of environmental hazards on reproductive and developmental health.
