Dr. Shirazi is a WS PEHSU regional consultant in Arizona. He is an associate professor of emergency medicine, toxicology, pharmacology, and pharmacy practice in the UA colleges of medicine and pharmacy and co-director of the Center for Toxicology, Pharmacology, Education and Research. Dr. Shirazi is the medical director of the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center at the College of Pharmacy. He also is currently the chief of staff at the South Campus hospital.
